Farmers' Market is Gearing Up for the 2011 Season!
Due to the many comments submitted through the online survey, the Springwater-Elmvale Farmers' Market will be changing its hours to 9am-2pm on Friday afternoons this summer. The market will open on Friday June 17th, 2011 and run until Friday, September 2nd 2011. The reason for this change was to allow residents to come to the market after work, and to ensure there was a good selection of vendors this year. The market also hopes to attract the many visitors who drive through Elmvale on Friday afternoons.
The Farmers' Market Committee is currently seeking vendors and volunteers for the season. For more information, please see the Vendor Application Package, or call Bob Simmons at 705-322-1715.
