The Zoning By-law establishes the legal controls over what can be done and where on individual properties.

This is a copy of the Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw 5000 presented to Council for approval on August 5th, 2003 together with site specific amendments thereto approved by the OMB on April 5, 2005. By-law 5000-038 was passed on the 21st day of November, 2005, which replaces the existing map schedules with an updated and consolidated version while updating and consolidating the text.
