Springwater Program Descriptions

Our one hour Bootcamp class is suitable for all levels of fitness. It includes a wide variety of exercises using bodyweight, hand weights and other fun, functional equipment which is provided.  Multiple combinations of cardio, strength and fitness techniques will ensure you get the best work out every week, make progress and get stronger! All you need to bring is your water bottle, mat and hand weights.

Learn Pilates exercises in a safe and progressive class. Pilates strengthens abs and back and utilizes muscles to stabilize the core of the body. Proper breathing techniques and healthy lifestyle tips are taught weekly. Please bring a yoga or Pilates mat with you.

A variety of yoga styles will be taught throughout this program. Each style will encourage your body to move with freedom and strength. Then rest your soul and quiet your mind with blissful meditation and relaxation to finish each class. Please bring a mat.

Bring your own kettlebells and get some muscle – a strength workout for arms, abs, back and legs using easy to master moves and fun to follow music. All levels are welcome. Kettlebell and a mat are required. NOTE: This is a 30-minute class.

Fit Movzz
The Fit Movzz program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in a 60-minute calorie-burning, body-energizing workout! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat … and having fun!

Six Pack and Wings (and Other Body Parts)
With a variety of fun, low-impact cardio and strength workout programs we’ll surprise our bodies every week and never get bored! There is something different in every class – from the traditional group class format to circuit training using different tools, to classes featuring a combination of balance, mat Pilates, stretching, HIIT, drumming (a favourite!) and stability ball exercises. Please bring hand weights, a mat and water!

Yoga for Stress and Anxiety
Yoga for Stress and Anxiety focuses on specific psoas release exercises, breathing techniques, slower movement, guided imagery, and meditation practices to facilitate a deeper release of stress and to help release trauma stored in the body. Please bring a mat.

Gentle Yoga
These traditional yoga classes include basic posture, breathing and relaxation which form the basis of yoga.  You will burn calories, tone and relax your mind and body!  Please bring a yoga mat.

Gentle Pilates
In this class you will tone, strengthen, and lengthen your body while at the same time treating it with kindness and respect. You will need to bring a Pilates mat and water bottle.

Yin & Yang Yoga
This partner yoga class includes very gentle poses marinating the connective tissues for anywhere from 2 to 4 minutes for a gradual release from tight muscles. Most poses will be done on the mat with no standing flow and will primarily target the area from the navel to the knees. This class is perfect for anyone craving a deep release. Please bring a yoga mat.

Fun & Fit
Have fun and get fit as we move to the music through a variety of non-impact cardiovascular moves, combined with strengthening, stretching and balance exercises. These classes are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance in a fun and friendly way. A chair is offered for seated or standing support and for stretching and relaxation exercises.
