The Township of Springwater is policed by Huronia West OPP.
The Springwater Community Policing Committee works towards promoting community commitment and involvement in policing problems and participating with other community agencies and special interest groups to address police and community concerns. The committee consists of volunteers who are working towards a better community.
Meetings
The Committee meets on the third Thursday of every month at 7:30 pm.

Stanley
Stanley is a portable speed radar sign that tracks and displays the speed of passing vehicles. This information is then shared with the OPP and the Community Policing Committee.
