Council of the Township of Springwater will hold a hybrid public meeting (in person at the Township Administration Centre and virtually via Zoom) to consider the following planning application on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m.: 

SU-2025-002 - 1200 Seadon Road

Please be advised that the Midhurst Heights External Forcemain Construction project (“Works”), awarded to Earth Boring Company Ltd. (“Contractor”), will resume this fall along Finlay Mill Road.

This work is separate from the ongoing External Road Reconstruction Project, which is also active in the same area. To reduce disruption, both contractors are coordinating their traffic control measures so the projects can proceed in parallel and be completed as efficiently as possible.
