The Council of the Township of Springwater at a hybrid meeting (virtually via Zoom and in-person at the Township Administration Centre) held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, passed the following: 

SU-2025-001 - Barrie Hill Road

Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Springwater granted the Draft Approval of SU-2025-001 - Barrie Hill Road subject to conditions on the 17th day of December 2025, under Section 51(31) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 as amended.

The following decisions have been issued based on the outcome of the hybrid (virtual via Zoom and in-person) public meeting held by the Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Springwater on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.:

The Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) railway crossing on Grenfel Road will be fully closed to allow emergency track repairs. The closure will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025, and the crossing is expected to reopen by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
