Please be advised that tree clearing along select areas of Wilson Drive and Highway 26 is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. This work is estimated to be completed within 2 weeks' time, weather dependent, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in accordance with Township of Springwater By-Laws.

Please be advised that the installation of the sanitary effluent main and minor tree clearing along Wilson Drive and Highway 26 is scheduled to commence on Monday, January 24, 2022. This work is estimated to be completed June 2022, weather dependent, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. along Wilson Drive and the below noted hours for Highway 26 in accordance with the Township of Springwater, Ministry of Transportation and County of Simcoe By-Laws.

Swaley Drain Update
I am pleased to report that after an extensive consultation and approval process, extension works on the Swaley Drain have now commenced. The Township received the NVCA permit just prior to the holidays, which was the last hurdle in the finalization of this project getting started. The work involves extending the Swaley Drain 750 metres downstream and further into the Minesing Wetlands where wetland water levels are lower.
