Township of Springwater / December 19, 2024 - On December 18, Springwater Council officially approved an $89 million budget for 2025.

The Township’s budget was approved with a 5.78% Township tax increase over 2024 rates. When combined with the County of Simcoe’s approved tax increase of 3.625% and no change to the education rate, residents can expect to see a 4.06% blended tax increase on their 2025 property tax bill.

The Severn Sound Environmental Association and Township of Springwater are working together to provide residents with reasonably priced, native tree and shrub seedlings for planting in early spring 2025.
