Bertram Industrial Park, located along County Road 27, is just ten minutes north of Barrie and five minutes away from Highway 400. |
Hillsdale and Cassel Drive Business Park |

Snow Valley Industrial Lands |
The Snow Valley Road Industrial Area, located just north of Barrie, is within the fast growing settlement area of Midhurst. This industrial area features a number of established industrial buildings and businesses, with a handful of vacant parcels or tenant opportunities still available.
