The Township of Springwater has launched a comprehensive Asset Management Plan (AMP) to strategically oversee its infrastructure and resources. In accordance with the Ontario Regulation 588/17: Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure under the Infrastructure for Jobs and Prosperity Act, 2015 (O. Reg. 588/17), the Township has updated the asset management plan to include all the 2024 legislative requirements and is progressively working towards compliance with the 2025 Asset Management Plan. 2019 - Asset Management Policy 2022 - Township infrastructure for core assets established 2024 - Asset Management Plan 2025 - Township begins next phase of Asset Management Plan. This includes an identification of proposed levels of service, lifecycle costing, growth impacts and financial strategy. |
