Notice of Construction for Midhurst Heights - Road Closure on Belmont / Finlay Mill Intersection

Please be advised that beginning the week of Monday, August 18, 2025, the Finlay Mill Road Reconstruction General
Contractor, John Bravakis Enterprises (the “Contractor”), will fully close the intersection of Finlay Mill Road and
Belmont Crescent.

This closure is necessary to allow for the installation of underground infrastructure as part of the road reconstruction
project.

During this time, the detour route will change to that shown on the below Road Closure Plan. Once the
intersection work is complete, the detour will revert to the current route.

The closure is anticipated to last one week, with the intersection scheduled to reopen by Friday, August 22, 2025.

We recognize that this project may cause delays and inconvenience. Your cooperation and understanding are
appreciated as we work to complete this important infrastructure improvement efficiently.
