SU-2024-003, OP-2024-006 & ZB-2024-019 - Stonemanor Woods Phase 5
Take notice the applications by Celeste Phillips Planning Inc. on behalf of the owners of the subject lands, known as 952 Sunnidale Road & Lands with No Municipal Address known as Block 351 on Plan 51M-1065, for a Draft Plan of Subdivision, Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment have been deemed a complete applications and that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Springwater will hold a hybrid public meeting (in person at the Township Administration Centre and virtually via Zoom) on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the proposed applications under Sections 17, 21, 34, and 51 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P 13 as amended.
