Council of the Township of Springwater will hold a public meeting to consider the following planning applications on Monday, April 26, 2021, beginning at 6:30 p.m. virtually via Zoom: 

ZB-2021-003 - White Owl Properties Limited

Take notice the application by G. Bell of Skelton, Brumwell & Associates Inc. on behalf of the owners of the subject lands for a zoning by-law amendment has been deemed a complete application and that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Springwater will hold a public meeting virtually via Zoom on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P 13 as amended.

Cooke, owner of the subject lands for an official plan amendment and zoning by-law amendment has been deemed complete and that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Springwater will hold a public meeting virtually via Zoom on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the proposed applications under Sections 17, 21, and 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P 13 as amended.
