Update on Elmvale Road Construction Projects

The capital projects taking place on Houden Street, Simcoe Street, Bertram Drive, Archer Crescent, and Nash Avenue have now finished up for the winter. Some minor deficiencies will be addressed in the spring of 2024.

Project improvements included road resurfacing, new concrete sidewalks, and curbs along Simcoe St and Houden, plus drainage improvements within the construction zone.

The Township thanks residents for their patience throughout these capital projects.
