December 5 at 6:30 p.m. Join the Midhurst Community Recreation Association as they officially kick off the Christmas season in Midhurst. While it isn’t possible to gather in person this year, they will be live streaming their tree lighting on their social media pages: XmasinMidhurst (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter). Make some hot chocolate, sit back and enjoy the tree lighting from the comfort of your own home!
Festival of Lights As a new event this year, the Midhurst Festival of Lights will help spread Christmas cheer in the village. Send a photo of your Christmas lights to ChristmasInMidhurst@gmail.com to be featured on the midhurston.ca website. Vote for your favourites beginning on December. All of the participating properties will be mapped out so that families can take a drive to view the lights in the village.
Christmas Eve Bells On Christmas Eve step out onto your front porch and ring your bells as we celebrate Christmas in our community. Take a video and post it to social media with the hashtag #ChristmasInMidhurst to help spread the cheer! |
