New Recruitment Platform
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new recruitment platform. The user-friendly interface allows candidates to browse opportunities, upload important documents and apply online in one easy-to-use platform. Candidates are invited to register and create a profile online; by uploading a resume, the system will detect and input information into your user profile automatically. Candidates are requested to review the information for accuracy and completeness.
Additionally, registered users are encouraged to set job alerts to receive an email notification when positions matching their qualifications or interests are posted. In order to create a job alert, simply use the search field or filter, and select the ‘Activate job alerts for this search’ button.
Should you not meet all of the requested minimum qualifications and experience for the position you are interested in, the Township still encourages you to apply.

4-Day Work Week Program |
In an effort to improve the work-life balance of its employees, the Township of Springwater has permanently adopted a 4-day compressed work week option for staff. Participation in the 4-day work week program is optional and subject to the operational requirements of each department. The program is part of a broader Flexible Work Arrangement Policy, which also provides options for remote work, flexible work and hybrid work. |
