4-Day Work Week Program |
In an effort to improve the work-life balance of its employees, the Township of Springwater has permanently adopted a 4-day compressed work week option for staff. Participation in the 4-day work week program is optional and subject to the operational requirements of each department. The program is part of a broader Flexible Work Arrangement Policy, which also provides options for remote work, flexible work and hybrid work. |
Code of conduct |
All employees follow a staff code of conduct that outlines the high standard of personal and professional conduct expected of Springwater employees. This code covers public relations, confidentiality and disclosure of information, conflict of interest and more. |
