Online Payments

Pay your municipal tax, water and wastewater bills online through My Springwater! Payments made through My Springwater are updated immediately to your account. You can also sign up for paperless billing and view your next bill online.

How to create an account

Follow the steps below to create a new account.

1. Visit the My Springwater website and click sign-in
2. Select “Activate your account with us”
3. Fill in the required information to create an account and verify your identity
4. Follow the activation link sent to your email

Finding your account and roll numbers

You will need a copy of your last property tax bill and utility bill in order to set up your account. Your property tax roll number and customer ID can be found at the top of your property tax bill (do not include the '-' in your roll number). Find your utility account at the bottom of your utility bill.

Paperless billing

Get your bill faster by registering for e-billing! Sign up by logging into your My Springwater account and selecting “Paperless notification sign-up”. You'll receive a notification by email when your next property tax or utility bill is available to view.
