Committee of Adjustment

The Township of Springwater's Committee of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial body appointed by Council under the Planning Act to make decisions on the following planning applications:

• Consents including new lot creation (severances), boundary adjustments, and easements
• Minor variances that request minor site-specific amendments to the Zoning By-law

The Committee meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month at the Township Administration Centre, as required. Find upcoming meetings in our calendar of events.

Committee of Adjustment Meetings

The Township of Springwater Committee of Adjustment meetings are conducted in a hybrid format, allowing community members to participate either in person at the Council Chambers or remotely via online streaming.
