The Council of the Township of Springwater at a hybrid meeting (virtually via Zoom and in-person at the Township Administration Centre) held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, passed the following: 

ZB-2026-001 - Midhurst Heights

Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Springwater passed By-law 5000-414 on the 18th day of February 2026, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 as amended.
