Where Community Comes Together Springwater Town Hall Meeting

The Township of Springwater is opening the doors and inviting the public to come and learn about ongoing initiatives and upcoming projects at a Town Hall meeting taking place on Wednesday, March 25 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Township Administration Centre located at 2231 Nursery Road.

The Town Hall Meeting will be an informal drop-in session, providing community members with the opportunity to interact with members of Council and Senior Staff. Attendees will have the chance to learn about ongoing initiatives and upcoming projects, as well as to ask questions or offer feedback.

There are several exciting initiatives taking place in the Township and updates will be provided on the Fire Hall, ongoing development, upcoming road projects, facility and parks enhancements, among others.

This is a family-friendly event; recreation staff will provide engaging activities for children and Springwater Fire & Emergency Services will be on hand to provide fire safety education.

Additionally, the Building Services Department will remain open to help with the building permit process, setting up an online portal account, document submission and Ontario Building Code Compliance. Should all documentation be in order, they will attempt to issue same day permits for decks, gazebos, porches, pools, hot tubs and small accessory buildings. Any permits that are not issued that day will be prioritized the following week.
