You can cancel or transfer your registration by calling 705-728-4784 x2078 or emailing our Recreation Department.
You will receive:
- A full refund or credit with no administration fee if the Township cancels a program due to weather, low registration or for other unforeseen circumstances
- A full credit on your account or refund less a $20 administration fee if you cancel with at least 7 days' notice before the start of the program
- A prorated credit or refund if you provide a medical certificate before the midway point of the course/camp and can no longer attend the program due to medical reasons.
We do not provide a refund or credit if you cancel within 7 days of the start of the program without providing a medical certificate.
