Join the Springwater Crew this Summer!

Summer jobs are now open at the Township of Springwater for high school and post‑secondary students. We’re hiring for a range of seasonal roles across Parks, Recreation, Roads, By-law, Day Camps, and People and Talent where you can gain hands‑on experience, build your resume and contribute to the community. Some roles may require a valid G2/G driver’s licence. Find your fit with the Springwater Crew this summer!

Winter Operations in Springwater

The Township of Springwater maintains municipal roads and sidewalks throughout the winter, and our crews continuously monitor weather and road conditions to ensure safe and timely winter operations. Residents can now follow our progress using the new Snow Plow Tracker, an interactive map that shows which municipal roads have been cleared within the last 1, 4, 12, and 16 hours. Please check the tracker before you travel to see current coverage, and contact the Township if you have questions or need to report a winter maintenance concern.

2026 Winter Recreation Guide

Winter 2026 programs will open for registration on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. You can explore a variety of programs for all ages and abilities, by viewing the 2026 Receation Guide. Browse offerings for all ages and abilities and be ready to register as soon as the portal opens, as spaces are limited and popular classes fill quickly.

Each year, Springwater residents and visitors can enjoy festive events and celebrations hosted by community organizations throughout the Township.
