The Council of the Township of Springwater at a hybrid meeting (virtually via Zoom and in-person at the Township Administration Centre) held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, passed the following: 

ZB-2025-007 - 2185 County Road 92 (Langcrest Farms Ltd.)

Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Springwater passed By-law 5000-412 on the 19th day of November 2025, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13 as amended.

The Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) railway crossing on Grenfel Road will be fully closed to allow emergency track repairs. The closure will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025, and the crossing is expected to reopen by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
