Springwater Holiday Card Colouring Contest
The Township of Springwater is now accepting submissions for the Township’s Holiday Card Competition. Springwater Council invites Springwater residents and/or students who attend schools in Springwater to take part in a colouring contest, with the winning entries to be featured on the Township’s holiday card this year. Download the submission form and design your artwork in the space provided or on an 8.5 x 11 size piece of paper.
Contest Rules
- The contest is open to residents of Springwater or students who attend Springwater schools.
- The contest includes two age categories: 0-10 years old and 11-18 years old
- The artwork should be suitable for use on a holiday card and should depict the theme ‘Winter in Springwater’. Original artwork using a variety of mediums will be accepted.
- Submit artwork on reverse of the submission form or on an 8.5 x 11 paper.
- The winning entrants must agree to the following:
- Their name to appear on the finished Holiday Card
- Their art to become the property of the Township of Springwater. All copyright is to be transferred to the Township of Springwater.
- Their original artwork to be displayed at the Township Administration Centre.
- The winning entrants will receive a Springwater prize pack.
- Deadline for submission: Friday, November 27, 2026
- Artwork must be submitted to the Township Administration Centre, 2231 Nursery Road and include a completed and signed submission form. The package should be clearly marked: ‘Township Holiday Card Entry’.
- The winning entries will be selected by Springwater Council.
- The Township of Springwater will not be held responsible for loss or damage to artwork submitted.
- All non-winning entries will be held for pick-up until February 26, 2027 at the Township Administration Centre located at 2231 Nursery Road. Artwork can be picked up during regular business hours from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
