The Township is seeking applications from residents interested in serving on Township of Springwater Committees of Council and Boards for the 2026-2030 Term of Council.
Community members play an important role in supporting Council by providing recommendations, expertise, and community perspectives on a variety of Township initiatives and strategic goals. Serving on a committee or board is an excellent opportunity to become involved in Springwater and help shape the future of our community.
Applications are now being accepted for appointments to the Township’s Committees and Boards. Applications for the 2026-2030 Term of Council for Committees and Boards can be submitted online by visiting www.springwater.ca/committees

Who Can Apply?
The Township encourages interested residents from all backgrounds to apply. Specific eligibility requirements, qualifications, and meeting commitments may vary depending on the Committee or Board. Please review the information for each Committee or Board before submitting your application. Committee and Board mandates, Terms of Reference, meeting schedules, eligibility requirements, and online application are available on the Township’s website.
Please submit completed application forms through the Township’s website by accessing the online application form. Alternative formats are available upon request by emailing clerks@springwater.ca or by attending the Township of Springwater, Administration Centre, located at 2231 Nursery Road in Minesing, during regular business hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The deadline to apply is Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Applications will be considered by Council following the 2026 Municipal Election and will take effect for the
2026-2030 Term of Council.
