Hillsdale Water Standpipe Repairs Completed

Please be advised that all repairs have been completed for the Hillsdale water standpipe.

On March 2, 2026, a leak was identified at the base of the Hillsdale water standpipe. A temporary repair was completed at the time. Permanent repairs began on April 20, 2026, and have now been completed.

Water has been restored to the standpipe and regular operations have resumed. Results showed no abnormalities in the samples taken and municipal drinking water remains safe. There is no boil water advisory in effect and there is no risk to the safety of the Township’s drinking water.

The mandatory water use restrictions and outdoor fire ban that had previously been in place for Hillsdale have now been lifted.
