New Automated Cart Collection System
The County of Simcoe is moving to automated cart collection for curbside waste pickup on November 1, 2021. Automated cart systems are used across North America because they are easier, safer and provide better overall service to residents. Eligible households will receive three new carts—for garbage, recycling and organics—between August and the end of October. For further information, visit carts.simcoe.ca or download the Simcoe County Collects app from the App Store or Google Play.
